Manager Manpower Planning
ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • To manage Manpower Planning vertical for cabin crew roster planning, day to day operations, system updates etc. within defined timelines
  • Assessment and constant monitoring of crew availability as per business requirement, identifying and managing scope of improvement with help of automation.
  • Proactively addressing crew queries, working closely with all key stakeholders.
  • Regular monitoring of various performance criteria in a periodic manner and analyzing all ongoing system related challenges and providing smart solutions.
  • Study cabin crew rosters and provide insightful, practical solutions based on feedback.
 
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in manpower planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Knowledge of aviation industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data related to pilot training and deployment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field

Job Purpose:

To carry out safe and secure on time operations in accordance with the ground operations manual and all applicable procedures.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities:
